ଭୁବନେଶ୍ବର(ସମୃଦ୍ଧଓଡିଶା) ଆଜି ଉଚ୍ଚ ମାଧ୍ୟମିକ ପରିଷଦ (ସି.ଏଚ.ଏସ.ଇ) ର ୪୨ତମ ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠା ଦିବସ ପାଳିତ ହୋଇଯାଇଛି । ଏହି ଅବସରରେ ପୋଲିସ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ବୋର୍ଡ଼ (Police Recruitment Board)ର ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ତଥା ଅଗ୍ନିଶମ ବାହିନୀର ପୂର୍ବତନ ମହାନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶକ ଶ୍ରୀ ସନ୍ତୋଷ କୁମାର ଉପାଧ୍ୟାୟ ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଅତିଥି ଭାବେ ଯୋଗ ଦେଇ ପରିଷଦର ଉତ୍ତୋରତ୍ତର ଉନ୍ନତି କାମନା କରିବା ସହ ସରକାରୀ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟରେ ଅଧିକରୁ ଅଧିକ ନାମ ଲେଖାଇବା ପାଇଁ ଉତ୍ସାହିତ କରିଥିଲେ । ଏଥିସହ ନୈତିକ ଶିକ୍ଷାକୁ ଗୁରୁତ୍ବ ଦେଇ ସୃଜନଶୀଳ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକଳାପ ଯଥା ପରିବେଶ ସୁରକ୍ଷା, କ୍ରୀଡ଼ା, ସଙ୍ଗୀତ, ବ୍ୟାୟାମ ଆଦିକୁ ପ୍ରୋତ୍ସାହିତ କରିଛନ୍ତି ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଅତିଥି । ଅନ୍ୟପକ୍ଷେ ସମାରୋହରେ ସମ୍ମାନିତ ଅତିଥି ଭାବେ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ଓ ଗଣଶିକ୍ଷା ବିଭାଗର ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ଶାସନ ସଚିବ ଶ୍ରୀମତୀ ଶୁଭଶ୍ରୀ ନନ୍ଦ ଓ ମାଧ୍ୟମିକ ଶିକ୍ଷା ପରିଷଦର ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ଶ୍ରୀ ଶ୍ରୀକାନ୍ତ କୁମାର ତରାଇ ଯୋଗ ଦେଇଥିଲେ । ଜାତୀୟ ଶିକ୍ଷା ନୀତି- ୨୦୨୦ ସମ୍ପର୍କରେ ଆଲୋଚନା କରି ଶ୍ରୀମତୀ ନନ୍ଦ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ନିଜ ଆଗ୍ରହ ମୁତାବକ ବିଷୟ ବାଛି ପିଲାମାନେ ପଢ଼ିପାରିବେ ଏବଂ ନୂତନ ପଦ୍ଧତିକୁ ଆପଣେଇ ନିଜ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଥିବା ଅନ୍ତର୍ନିହିତ ପ୍ରତିଭାକୁ ପରିପ୍ରକାଶ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ସୁଯୋଗ ପାଇବେ । ମାଧ୍ୟମିକ ଶିକ୍ଷା ପରିଷଦର ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ଶ୍ରୀ ତରାଇ ଧନ୍ଦାମୂଳକ ଶିକ୍ଷା ପ୍ରତି ଗୁରୁତ୍ବାରୋପ କରିଥିଲେ । ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟସ୍ତରରୁ ତୃତୀୟ ଭାଷାରେ ଧନ୍ଦାମୂଳକ ଶିକ୍ଷାକୁ ବାଛି ପାରିବାର ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା କରାଯାଇଥିବା ସେ ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଥିଲେ । ଅଧିକରୁ ଅଧିକ ଧନ୍ଦାମୂଳକ ବିଷୟରୁ ଜ୍ଞାନ ଆହରଣ କରିବାକୁ ଶ୍ରୀ ତରାଇ ଆହ୍ବାନ କରିଥିଲେ । ପରିଷଦର ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ଶ୍ରୀ ଅଶ୍ବିନୀ କୁମାର ମିଶ୍ର ସର୍ବପ୍ରଥମେ ସ୍ବାଗତ ଅଭିଭାଷଣ ରଖି ସି.ଏଚ.ଏସ.ଇର ଭୂମିକା ସମ୍ପର୍କରେ ଜରୁରୀ ତଥ୍ୟ ଉପସ୍ଥାପନା କରିଥିଲେ । ପରୀକ୍ଷା ପରିଚଳନାରେ ସଫଳତା, ପାଠ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ, ଜାତୀୟ ସେବା ଯୋଜନା (ଏନ.ଏସ.ଏସ) ସ୍ବେଚ୍ଛାସେବୀଙ୍କ ସାମାଜିକ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକଳାପ ସମ୍ପର୍କରେ ସୂଚନା ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଥିଲେ । ପରେ ପରେ ପରିଷଦ ସଚିବ ଶ୍ରୀମତୀ ଶୁଭ୍ରାବାଳା ବେହେରା ପରିଷଦର ବାର୍ଷିକ ବିବରଣୀ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଥିଲେ । ଏହି ଭବ୍ୟ ଆୟୋଜନ ସ୍ମୃତିରେ ବିଦ୍ୟାର୍ଥୀମାନଙ୍କ ବହୁବିଧ ଆଲେଖ୍ୟକୁ ନେଇ ଏକ ବିଶେଷ ସ୍ମରଣିକା ‘ପ୍ରଜ୍ଞା’ ଉନ୍ମୋଚିତ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା । ଏଥିସହ ପ୍ରଥମ ଥର ପାଇଁ ଚେୟାରମ୍ୟାନ କପ୍ ବକ୍ତୃତା ପ୍ରତିଯୋଗିତା ଓ ଜାତୀୟ କ୍ରୀଡ଼ା ପ୍ରତିଯୋଗିତାରେ ବିଜୟୀ ହୋଇଥିବା ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ସମ୍ବର୍ଦ୍ଧନା ଦେବା ସହ ଟ୍ରଫି ଓ ଆର୍ଥିକ ପୁରସ୍କାର ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା । ପରିଶେଷରେ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ନିୟନ୍ତ୍ରକ ଶ୍ରୀ ପ୍ରଶାନ୍ତ କୁମାର ପରିଡ଼ା ଧନ୍ୟବାଦ ଅର୍ପଣ କରିଥିଲେ । ତେବେ ପରିଷଦର ଅଧିକାରୀ, କର୍ମଚାରୀ ଏବଂ ପରିଷଦର ସଦସ୍ୟ ତଥା ବିଭିନ୍ନ ପ୍ରତିଯୋଗିତାରେ ସଫଳ ହୋଇଥିବା ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀମାନେ ଯୋଗ ଦେଇ ଏହି ସମାରୋହକୁ ସଫଳ କରିଛନ୍ତି ।

42nd foundation day of CHSE observed
Bhubaneswar,(Samrudha Odisha ) The 42nd foundation day of Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE), Odisha has been observed today. On this occasion Shri Santosh kumar Upadhayay, Chairman, Police recruitment Board, Ex Director, General, Fire Services joined as chief guest and wished the development of the council and encouraged more and more people to enroll in Government schools. In addition, the chief guest stressed the promotion of creative activities such as environmental protection, sports, music and exercise, etc. with emphasis on moral education. Smt. Subhashree Nanda, Additional Secretary, School and Mass Education Department and Shri Srikant Kumar Tarai, President, Board of Secondary Education (BSE) attended the Ceremony as guests of honour. Discussing about the National Educational Policy -2020, Smt. Nanda Said that children could choose subjects according to their interest and will get opportunity to express their talent in new ways. Shri Tarai, President, BSE informed that provision has already been made to choose vocational education as the third language form the school level. He emphasized on development vocational education and curriculum. On this occasion Shri Ashwini kumar Mishra, Chairman of the Council presented relevant information and role of CHSE in his welcome speech. He informed about the successful conduct of examinations by the Council, the change in the curriculum, the social activities of the NSS wing. Smt. Subhrabala Behera, Secretary of the Council has presented the annual report. In commemoration of this event, a special souvenir “Prajna” was unveiled. In addition, the winners of the Chairman’s cup debate competition and winners in the national sports competition, SGFI were felicitated with trophy and monetary rewards. At the end, Dr. Prashant Kumar Parida, Controller of Exams delivered vote of thanks. The meeting was attended by the officers and staff of the Council and the Council members and students who were successful in various competitions also.
