ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର (ସମୃଦ୍ଧଓଡିଶା) ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ଏବଂ ପରିବାର କଲ୍ୟାଣ ବିଭାଗର ସମ୍ମିଳନୀ କକ୍ଷରେ ଆଜି ରାଜ୍ୟର ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟସେବାକୁ ଅଧିକ ସଶକ୍ତ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଟେଲି ମେଡିସିନ୍ ସମ୍ପର୍କିତ ଏକ ସମୀକ୍ଷା ବୈଠକ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହୋଇଯାଇଛି । ଏହି ସମୀକ୍ଷା ବୈଠକରେ ରାଜ୍ୟର ଟେଲି ମେଡିସିନ୍ ପରିଚାଳନାକୁ ଅଧିକ କ୍ରିୟାଶୀଳ କରିବା, ଉପ- ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର, ପ୍ରାଥମିକ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟକେନ୍ଦ୍ର, ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର, ଜିଲ୍ଲା ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଚିକିତ୍ସାଳୟ, ମେଡିକାଲ କଲେଜ ଏବଂ ଅନ୍ୟାନ୍ୟ ଶିଶୁ ଚିକିତ୍ସା ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠାନ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଟେଲି-ପରାମର୍ଶର ଗୁଣବତ୍ତା ବୃଦ୍ଧି ଉପରେ ସବିଶେଷ ଆଲୋଚନା ହୋଇଥିଲା । ଜିଲ୍ଲା ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଚିକିତ୍ସାଳୟ ଗୁଡିକର କେମୋଥେରାପି କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଏବଂ AHPGIC, କଟକ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଥିବା ସଂଯୋଗକୁ ସୁଦୃଢ କରିବା ଉପରେ ବୈଠକରେ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱାରୋପ ଦିଆଯାଇଥିଲା । କର୍କଟ ରୋଗୀଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଯେଉଁ ସବୁ ସ୍ଥାନ ବା ଅଂଚଳରେ ଉନ୍ନତମାନର ଚିକିତ୍ସା ସେବା ଉପଲବ୍ଧ ନାହିଁ ସେହି ସବୁ ସ୍ଥାନକୁ ଟେଲି ମେଡ଼ିସିନ ଓ ଟେଲି ପରାମର୍ଶକୁ ସମ୍ପ୍ରସାରିତ କରି ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ବିଶେଷଭାବେ ଉପକୃତ କରିବା ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ବୋଲି ବିଭାଗୀୟ କମିଶନର ତଥା ଶାସନ ସଚିବ ଅଶ୍ବତୀ ଏସ ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିଥିଲେ । ଟେଲିମେଡିସିନ୍ ପ୍ଲାଟଫର୍ମ ଏବଂ ଇ-ସଞ୍ଜୀବନୀ ପ୍ଲାଟଫର୍ମକୁ ରାଜ୍ୟର ଦୂରବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ଅଞ୍ଚଳକୁ ସମ୍ପ୍ରସାରିତ କରିବା।ସାଧାରଣ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଟେଲି ମେଡିସିନ୍ ସେବା ବିଷୟରେ ଅଧିକ ସଚେତନତା ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରିବା ଏବଂ ସାମଗ୍ରିକ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟସେବା ଫଳାଫଳକୁ ଉନ୍ନତ କରିବା ଉପରେ ବୈଠକରେ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱାରୋପ ଦିଆଯାଇଥିଲା । ଓଡ଼ିଶା ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଟେଲି ମେଡ଼ିସିନର ଉପଦେଷ୍ଟା ଡା ବିଶ୍ୱ ନାରାୟଣ ମହାନ୍ତି, ବିଭାଗୀୟ ସ୍ୱତନ୍ତ୍ର ଶାସନ ସଚିବ ଡା ବିଜୟ ମହାପାତ୍ର, ଡ଼ିଏମଇଟିର ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶକ ପ୍ରଫେସର ଡା ସନ୍ତୋଷ ମିଶ୍ର, SIHFWର ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶକ ଡା ଅମରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମହାନ୍ତି, ଯୁଗ୍ମ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶକ MT ଡା ସଞ୍ଜୁଲତା ଶତପଥି, C-DAC ର ପ୍ରତିନିଧି ଶୈଳେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସିଂ ନରୱରିଆ, ତୁଶାର ଫେଗେଡେ, ଓକାକର ମାନସ ରଞ୍ଜନ ପତି, ବିଏସଏନଏଲର ଦେବେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଚନ୍ଦ୍ର ପ୍ରଧାନ ଏବଂ ସନ୍ତୋଷ କୁମାର ବେହେରା ପ୍ରମୁଖ ଏହି ବୈଠକରେ ଯୋଗ ଦେଇଥିଲେ ।

Telemedicine review meeting held to enhance healthcare services in Odisha
Bhubaneswar,(Samrudha Odisha) Telemedicine Review Meeting was conducted today in Health and Family Welfare Department’s conference hall. The meeting focused on strengthening the telemedicine framework between various healthcare facilities in the State, particularly improving the quality of Tele-consultations between Sub-Centres, Primary Health Centres (PHC), Community Health Centres (CHC), and District Headquarter Hospitals (DHH) on one side, and Medical College Hospitals, AHPGIC, and the Paediatric Institute in Cuttack on the other. During the meeting, several key initiatives were discussed to enhance the reach and effectiveness of telemedicine services in the State: Strengthening Cancer Care Services: A major highlight was the proposal to improve the existing connection between District Headquarter Hospital Chemotherapy Centres and AHPGIC, Cuttack. This collaboration aims to offer better quality services to cancer patients, especially in the remote areas of Odisha, where access to specialized care is limited. Enhancing Telemedicine Platforms: The meeting also focused on reinforcing the Telemedicine platform and the e-Sanjeevani platform to ensure better healthcare delivery in the State’s far-flung areas. The goal is to make healthcare more accessible to rural and underserved communities, ensuring that no patient is left behind due to geographical barriers. Increasing Public Awareness: A significant point raised was the need for greater awareness about telemedicine services among the general public. The meeting emphasized that promoting telemedicine could help more people take advantage of remote healthcare consultations, improving overall healthcare outcomes. The meeting, which was held under the Chairmanship of Health and Family Welfare Department’s Commissioner-cum-Secretary Aswathy S was attended by several distinguished officials and experts, including, Dr. Biswa Narayan Mohanty, Advisor to the Government of Odisha for Telemedicine, Dr. Bijay Mohapatra, Special Secretary, Prof. Dr. Santosh Mishra, Director, DMET, Dr. Amarendra Mohanty, Director, SIHFW, Dr. Sanjulata Satpathy, Joint Director, MT, Sailendra Singh Narwariya, Tushar Fegade, C-DAC, Manas Ranjan Pati, OCAC, Debendra Chandra Pradhan, and Santosh Kumar Behera, BSNL.
